BN does not provide sales ranks (below certain thresholds) but we believe that both versions of DADT 1 would rank around 400,000.   Generally BN has provided more sales than Amazon.

 

The first (hard copy inventory 1997) printing of DADT 1 consisted of about 310 copies, with about 60 manuscript copies (some of which have slight revisions or corrections). The OFR print run is about 300 copies.  Almost all of the first printing of DADT1 is sold out, with a small handful of residuals and second-hands with resellers sometimes available at widely varying and unpredictable prices. DADT 2 (2002) and the second printing of DADT 1 (2000) are print-on-demand only.

The two DADT books are currently marketed by the cooperative publisher (iUniverse) which controls the distribution of physical hardcopies (in paperback). The ISBN’s are 0595005837 and 0593260594. These two numbers belong to the cooperative publisher, not to “High Productivity Publishing.”

The listing gives and address in Minneapolis, but as of late 2003 the correct address was 4201 Wilson Blvd #110-688 Arlington VA 22203-1859 phone 571-334-6107 best email JBoushka at aol.com
